Whether you’re a spiritual seeker or looking to deepen self-awareness and practice, our yoga retreats provide the space to stay in the present moment, discover balance, and build physical strength.

Explore new countries and immerse yourself in vibrant cultures and rich traditions. You’ll have plenty of time to explore your surroundings and bond with fellow yogis and yoginis. Alongside daily yoga sessions, enjoy enriching activities, including tailored excursions, scenic hikes, visits to cultural landmarks, and workshops in cooking and arts.

A Day at Evexia Retreats

All Evexia retreats feature two sessions each day, including at least one yoga session. After your morning practice, a healthy brunch will be served to energize you for the day ahead. Before your second class in the evening, you’ll have plenty of free time to unwind by the pool or sea, take part in engaging activities, or relax with a massage. Throughout the day, enjoy unlimited access to fresh fruits, tea, coffee, and healthy snacks. In the evening, a delicious dinner awaits, allowing you to savor local flavors. You can conclude your day with a calming meditation session, restorative yoga nidra, or simply some peaceful free time to relax and reflect.

Yoga and Other Sessions 

At least one session will be dedicated to yoga, which may include styles such as Hatha, Vinyasa, or Ashtanga. Each class focuses on specific skills and asanas designed to help you advance your practice safely while building strength and flexibility.

The second class can be a more relaxing yoga session, aimed at releasing tension and cultivating calm through effective breathing techniques and meditation. Alternatively, the retreat may feature a complementary discipline such as Pilates, which focuses on core strength and balance, or a specialized workshop that offers a step-by-step approach to deepen your knowledge and understanding of specific skills, such as backbends, inversions or splits. Some retreats may even offer body movement and dance sessions designed to increase self-awareness and provide liberating experiences.

The Food

All retreats offer two big vegetarian and vegan meals throughout the day. A brunch that is served 9 and 10 AM and dinner that is served around 7 PM. Throughout the day you will have unlimited access to healthy snacks, fresh fruits and coffee or tea. However, we recommend sticking to two meals per day, as this will help you feel lighter during your practice. The meals are sourced from local products, are seasonal and fresh. We offer only vegetarian and vegan options as we follow the Ahimsa principle of Yoga -nonviolence towards all living beings - and we avoid using sugar and processed ingredients. However, you will have multiple options to grab other snacks outside of the retreat. We will also offer the possibility to try local delicacies and products.

Side Activities

Depending on the location we will offer many side activities such as hikes in nature, visits to cultural sites and interesting workshops. Check each Yoga Retreat to decide which format suits your interests better. The activities will be voluntary and are included in the price. Any activities that cost additionally will be clearly mentioned in the retreat section. We can’t reimburse money for activities that are included in the price and don’t want to be attended by the guests

Organising your Trip

As soon as you book your retreat, we will send you an email with travel details. Depending on the country of the retreat, you will find useful information about required travel documents such as visas and other necessities you might need to bring. The retreat covers your stay, yoga classes, workshops, on-premises meals, and scheduled side activities. Flights or boat tickets and airport transfers need to be paid by the participants. Any activity outside of the retreat must be communicated to the organizers so that we can guarantee a flawless experience for everyone. We recommend travel insurance for the unlikely event that you might need to cancel at the last minute, as well as health insurance for retreats outside of Europe.
