Booking & Cancellation Policy
You can either book online and reserve your spot instantly, or you can send us an email and transfer the money via PayPal or bank. We also offer a two installment payment that requires a down payment of 50% to reserve your spot at the retreat. In that case, the remaining 50% must be paid 60 days before the start of the retreat. If you fail to do so, your place will be given away and you will lose the 50% down payment. If you book the retreat less than 8 weeks before the start, you will need to pay the full fee. Cancellations: Unforeseeable events can happen, and we understand that to a certain degree. Partial reimbursements can only be made up to 60 days before the starting date of the retreat. Any cancellation less than 60 days before the starting date will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Up to 90 days before the starting date: If you need to cancel your spot up to 90 days before the start of the retreat, you will get an 80% reimbursement of the total retreat fee.
Less than 90 days before the starting date: If you cancel less than 90 days before the start of the retreat, you will get a 50% retreat fee reimbursement.
Less than 60 days before the starting date: If you cancel less than 60 days before the starting date, you will not be refunded.
Travel & Health Insurance
We recommend travel insurance for the unlikely event that you might need to cancel. We do not take accountability for any missed, delayed, or canceled flights. Participants are fully responsible for preparing all required documents on time and presenting them to local authorities. Failing to do so may result in missing the retreat, and Evexia will not be held accountable in such an event.
If you are participating in a retreat outside of Europe, you must have private health insurance to be covered in case of medical emergencies and if you need to be transported home. You are also accountable for knowing your own mental and physical limits. You are free to take any class, workshop, or excursion at your own risk and should use your judgment to assess what is suitable for you and your physical practice. We will not be held accountable for any injuries that may occur during practice, excursions, or workshops.
Liability Waiver
Participants acknowledge and accept the risks associated with physical activities and release Evexia from liability for injuries or accidents that occur during the retreat.
Data Privacy
Participants' personal data will be used, stored, and protected in compliance with applicable data protection laws. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Content & Social Media
Creating content for commercial use is not allowed. Evexia has its own photographers and videographers. Filming and taking pictures is allowed but must be done with the consent of other guests. Mobile phones must be turned off during practice unless they are used for filming or learning purposes. Teachers can only be filmed with their consent, but never during an entire practice.
Behavior of Guests
Guests must respect other guests and teachers and adhere to the rules of each location and establishment. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated, and Evexia reserves the right to remove a participant from a retreat for inappropriate behavior, with no refunds given. Evexia can hold a guest liable for any damage caused to property, housing, or nature.
Changes in Program or Teachers
Evexia reserves the right to change its schedule or teachers if necessary. In such cases, appropriate substitutions will be made to retain the essence of the retreat and ensure the best possible experience.
Force Majeure
Evexia is not liable for any delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or other emergencies. In such events, we will strive to reschedule the retreat or provide alternative options.
Minimum Participants and Retreat Cancellation
Evexia requires a minimum number of participants for the retreat to take place, depending on the location and country. In the unlikely event of a retreat cancellation, we will refund you 100% and inform you as soon as possible. However, we highly recommend not booking your flights earlier than 3 months before the start of the retreat, as we will only refund the retreat fees and not any flights, other tickets connected to the retreat, or visa fees.
